Giga Energy is seeking a GTM Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to help scale a high-performing go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, operational rigor, and enablement - owning the systems, processes, cadence, and content that ensure our Sales team is productive, consistent, and set up to win. You will partner closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Field Operations to remove friction from core workflows (lead-to-cash), improve forecasting and pipeline health, and build enablement programs that accelerate ramp and drive adoption of the “Giga way” of selling. This position reports to the Head of GTM Strategy and Operations and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of operations and enablement at Giga Energy.
