About The Position

As a GTM Recruiter, you’ll play a critical role in scaling the business teams that power Otter’s fast-growing global platform. From Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to Finance, Legal, Operations, and People—you’ll help us bring in world-class talent across our GTM functions. You will: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-senior GTM roles across multiple functions and geographies. Partner directly with business and executive leaders to define hiring needs, craft role profiles, and align recruiting strategy with company goals. Drive strategic hiring initiatives that strengthen our leadership bench, optimize time-to-fill, and elevate hiring quality. Build robust pipelines through creative sourcing, competitive market mapping, and proactive engagement of high-caliber candidates. Leverage data and insights to identify bottlenecks, improve process efficiency, and continuously raise the hiring bar.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Corporate, GTM, or G&A functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Operations).
  • A strategic partner who can influence senior stakeholders and advise leaders on market trends, organizational design, and hiring strategy.
  • Proven track record managing complex, high-impact searches across multiple functions or geographies.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to pitch, persuade, and build trust with both candidates and executives.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Mission-first mindset—you thrive in environments where urgency, ownership, and collaboration drive results.
