You will be responsible for building the pipeline for Bobyard’s GTM roles including SDRs, AEs, CSMs, running a high-touch candidate experience, negotiating offers, and owning your hiring metrics. You will operate against industry benchmarks and overcome limitations in building pipeline and having effective conversations with leading sales candidates showing discernment and intuition.
