We’re looking for a founding GTM Lead to build Symbolica’s go-to-market motion from the ground up. This is a zero-to-one role for someone who wants to create the playbook, not inherit one. We want someone who thrives in the earliest stages, gets energy from ambiguity, is comfortable being on the road daily meeting enterprise customers, and knows how to turn raw product potential into a repeatable high-value GTM engine. You’ll design and run our demos, explore customer problems in real environments, craft our sales strategy, build and manage a pipeline, negotiate and close deals, and translate market signals directly into product direction. You’ll be the connective tissue between customers, research, engineering and leadership — shaping how Symbolica enters and scales in the enterprise. 📍 This is an onsite role based in our SF office (345 California St), with frequent customer visits across the Bay Area and beyond.
