This role blends technical expertise with process thinking and is a great fit for someone who enjoys both problem-solving and driving impact across multiple teams. You’ll report directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations and collaborate closely with our two existing Salesforce Admins and the broader RevOps organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate operational pain points into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented mindset — someone who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Act as the technical liaison between RevOps and external vendors for implementation and support.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting Support Monitor data quality across systems, troubleshoot sync issues, and ensure information flows correctly between tools.
  • Support reporting and dashboard initiatives by ensuring consistent data definitions and structures across platforms.
