The role We're hiring a GTM Engineer to scale our automated outbound prospecting systems. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and revenue generation—you'll combine technical creativity with commercial impact to define what GTM engineering looks like at an AI-first company. You'll work directly with RevOps and Sales to build the automated workflows, integrations, and AI-powered systems that fill our pipeline for the US market. And yes, you'll be using Dust to build Dust's GTM engine . This is a unique opportunity to shape an emerging discipline at a company that's defining the future of work.

  • Build automated prospection systems for US markets using our GTM stack (Dust, CommonRoom, Clay, Lemlist, HubSpot).
  • Design end-to-end workflows that identify high-intent prospects, enrich data, generate personalized outreach, and route qualified leads to BDRs.
  • Enable Sales teams to multiply their impact by automating repetitive tasks, developing playbooks, and training teams on automation. Let them focus on high-value conversations while reaching 10x more prospects.
  • Drive measurable pipeline generation with a clear target by owning outbound campaigns end-to-end, tracking key metrics, and continuously optimizing based on performance data.
  • Run rapid experiments to discover what works by designing A/B tests for messaging and targeting, implementing new approaches quickly, measuring results rigorously, and scaling successful experiments into repeatable playbooks.
  • Define what world-class GTM engineering looks like as this discipline evolves.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an Operations or Engineering role
  • Technical fluency : Comfortable with multiple Saas tools, APIs & webhooks, automation platforms, and basic scripting
  • AI at core: Excited to be at the forefront of how AI is transforming GTM strategies
  • Business oriented : You understand sales processes, lead qualification, and want to attach your work with tangible commercial outcomes. You have a Growth mindset.
  • Data-driven : You measure everything and optimize based on what the numbers tell you
  • Scrappy & resourceful : You find creative solutions and aren't afraid to experiment
  • Familiarity with tools in our GTM stack (Dust, Clay, CommonRoom, Lemlist, Default, HubSpot)
  • Background in early-stage startups or high-growth environments
  • Programming experience (Python, JavaScript)
