About The Position

The GTM Analyst supports Marco’s evolving go-to-market strategy across our Print and IT business units. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Marketing to translate data into actionable insights—driving smarter territory design, optimized headcount deployment, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is equal parts analyst, operator, and storyteller, comfortable working in Salesforce and Excel as much as in PowerPoint or a leadership meeting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Analytics
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, scenario modeling)
  • Strong Salesforce reporting and dashboard building experience
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with data enrichment and segmentation tools (D&B, ZoomInfo, 6sense, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SaaS / Managed IT / MSP sales motions
  • Strong communication and visualization skills (PowerPoint, Canva, or equivalent)
  • Curiosity, business acumen, and a proactive approach to problem solving

Responsibilities

  • Territory & Segmentation Modeling: Build, analyze, and maintain territory and account segmentation models (by NAICS, employee count, and device data) to ensure balanced coverage and opportunity distribution.
  • TAM & Market Analysis: Quantify total addressable markets, whitespace, and share of wallet opportunities to support territory planning and new market expansion.
  • Performance Insights: Develop dashboards and ad-hoc analysis on pipeline health, rep productivity, and coverage ratios for CRO and VP-level reporting.
  • Lead Distribution & Routing: Support Salesforce data integrity and lead assignment logic, ensuring optimal alignment between leads, accounts, and sellers.
  • Forecast & KPI Tracking: Partner with Sales Operations and Finance to validate pipeline accuracy, forecast trends, and track performance to plan.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with Marketing, Finance, and IT to connect campaign, account, and revenue data into cohesive GTM views.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, recommend automation or workflow enhancements, and support tool adoption across the sales organization.
