About The Position

We are hiring a detail-oriented and execution-driven GTM analyst to support and optimize Bectran’s go-to-market systems and campaign execution. This role works cross-functionally with marketing and sales to ensure CRM integrity, lead routing accuracy, campaign performance tracking, and outbound infrastructure operate efficiently. This is a hands-on operational role focused on execution, reporting, and workflow optimization. The position is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or CRM systems who wants to deepen their exposure to revenue operations and modern GTM automation. This role will also offer exposure to AI-enabled workflows and automation systems, with opportunity to grow into deeper systems ownership over time.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, CRM administration, or GTM support.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data.
  • Experience supporting marketing automation or outbound workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, prompt engineering, or automation tools (OpenAI, Claude, LLM-based tools, Zapier, n8n, similar platforms).
  • Experience supporting or contributing to AI-driven marketing or sales automation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations or webhook workflows.
  • Experience with enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and support integrated campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, and paid channels.
  • Assist in tracking pipeline impact, meeting generation, and campaign ROI.
  • Manage segmentation, contact uploads, and outbound list preparation.
  • Support event and conference follow-up workflows.
  • Maintain Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ensure data hygiene, lifecycle stage accuracy, and lead routing workflows.
  • Support enrichment workflows using tools such as ZoomInfo or Apollo.
  • Assist in maintaining attribution tracking and reporting accuracy.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline, meetings, campaign performance, and outbound productivity.
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting for sales and leadership.
  • Identify trends and flag operational inefficiencies.
  • Maintain existing automation workflows within CRM and marketing systems.
  • Assist in implementing workflow improvements.
  • Support basic integrations and data syncing between tools.
  • Contribute to AI-enabled automation initiatives that improve efficiency and outbound effectiveness.
  • Partner with sales to support outbound infrastructure and meeting tracking.
  • Work with marketing to ensure campaign alignment and performance visibility.
  • Communicate clearly on performance results and process improvement opportunities.
