About The Position

The GSOC Manager is responsible for overseeing day‑to-day security operations within a 24x7 Global Security Operations Center. This role ensures the protection of client technical infrastructure, physical assets, personnel, and facilities through proactive monitoring, access control governance, incident response leadership, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
The GSOC Operations Manager leads shift-based teams, drives operational efficiency, maintains compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements, triages and manages critical incidents, and continuously improves processes, training, and technologies. This position plays a critical leadership role during high‑risk events and serves as a trusted operational partner to clients and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience in security operations, GSOC/SOC, or critical incident management.
• Demonstrated experience managing physical security systems and access control.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to brief executives.
• Proven ability to lead calmly and decisively during high‑pressure incidents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security operations platforms.
