About The Position

You will be the GSC Resiliency Staff for the GSC Resiliency Team. Our team is responsible for developing and implementing a robust and resilient supply chain to support the program's success, including supplier capacity ramps and strategic sourcing activities, as well as cross‑program production acceleration efforts. As the GSC Resiliency Staff you will be responsible for ensuring supply chain resilience and driving uniform strategies across the business. This role offers the chance to impact critical defense programs and work with a high‑performing team dedicated to mission success. Requirements

  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with supply chain management, including capacity planning and risk management
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with international sourcing and 2nd source development
  • Knowledge of supplier issue resolution, NOCs, Supplier tooling/equipment validations, and strategic sourcing
  • Familiarity with capacity modeling and SOR management
  • Familiarity with Subcontract Management Team (SMT) organization and business rhythms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic Engineering principals and background

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute resilient supply chain strategies for the PAC‑3 Program and MFC‑wide initiatives.
  • Manage supplier capacity ramps and strategic sourcing to meet production demands.
  • Coordinate cross-program production acceleration efforts.
  • Implement uniform processes and best practices across multiple programs.
  • Monitor and improve supply chain performance metrics.
