The Quality Improvement Manager is responsible for executing the global Quality strategy within Repair Value Stream Supply Chain repair facilities. This role provides direct support to factory operations while delivering global leadership and technical expertise across the network. Responsibilities include deploying GE Vernova’s Zero Defect Framework and embedding Built-in Quality practices to ensure process integrity and product reliability. Key objectives are to drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, systematically reduce escaping defects and severe events, and lower the overall cost of poor quality through disciplined application of quality engineering methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
