About The Position

We are seeking a Content Strategist to join our Brand, Creative, and Content team at Hinge Health. In this role, you will support strategy for writing clear, engaging, and effective copy for our core enrollment channels. You will focus on executing high-volume email and direct mail campaigns, as well as tailoring messaging for our ecosystem partners. You will report to the Creative Director, Growth, and work closely with senior strategists and designers. This position is crucial in helping us execute our deployment roadmap, ensuring that every piece of communication—from a subject line, SMS text, to a mailer—is error-free, on-brand, and optimized for results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of copywriting or content marketing experience.
  • Experience writing for email marketing or direct response channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with B2B2C or healthcare communications.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and using data to inform writing.
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to different brand voices and style guides.

Responsibilities

  • Write for Core Channels: Draft and edit copy for email campaigns, direct mailers, and landing pages that drive member enrollment and engagement.
  • Execute Partner Messaging: Adapt existing messaging frameworks for partner-specific communications, ensuring clarity and alignment with both Hinge Health and partner brand standards.
  • Support Creative Operations: Manage high-volume copy requests and updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple client deployments and templates.
  • Collaborate on Optimization: Work with the team to implement copy learnings from experiments, refining subject lines, headlines, and CTAs to improve performance.
