About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is looking for a Growth & Revenue Marketing Lead to own the marketing P&L for our Seminole and Clearwater locations. You will be responsible for the entire client lifecycle across three core priorities: Acquisition at Target CAC, Retention & Frequency, and Local Brand Authority. This involves managing agencies, building automated campaigns, and forging B2B partnerships to drive measurable revenue and position Restore as the top-of-mind health destination in Pinellas County.

Requirements

• 3+ years in digital marketing with a heavy focus on lead generation and conversion funnels.
• Experience overseeing paid budgets ($5k–$50k/mo) with a mastery of CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Proficient in CRM/automation (e.g., Mindbody, Zenoti, HubSpot ) to build high-converting nurture journeys.
• Ability to audit Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager to hit performance targets.
• Proven experience building annual marketing calendars and writing high-converting copy.
• Genuine passion for fitness and biohacking—you practice the lifestyle we sell.

Responsibilities

• Own the funnel from awareness to membership conversion.
• Manage agencies to strict CPL and ROAS targets.
• Build automated "win-back" and nurture campaigns to increase member visits and Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Position Restore as the top-of-mind health destination in Pinellas County through B2B partnerships and grassroots community events.
• Auditing weekly ad spend, holding agencies accountable, and fine-tuning CRM automation flows (SMS/Email).
• Mapping the 12-month promo calendar, creating and directing content (spotlights/testimonials), and aligning digital ads with in-studio signage.
• Forging B2B partnerships with local gyms and coaching studio staff on promo "talk tracks" to ensure leads convert at the door.
