With its starting point as a reimagined command line, Warp is well-positioned to support agent-first workflows: It sits at the lowest level in the dev stack, has access to all of a developer’s context, and is set up for multitasking and long-running processes. In addition, Warp has state-of-the-art code editing features and built-in team knowledge sharing. It’s the right interface for the agentic future. Our mission has remained the same even as AI has advanced: to empower developers to ship better software more quickly, freeing them to focus on the creative and rewarding aspects of their work. Warp is one of the fastest-growing products in the AI developer space, and now we need someone to pour fuel on that fire. We’re looking for a Lead, Growth Marketing to own the engine behind Warp’s self-serve business and support enterprise pipeline - the full spectrum from acquisition to activation to monetization. You’ll lead paid and organic growth across digital channels, own Warp.dev as a conversion surface, and partner deeply with Product, Engineering, and Data to run experiments that move the business. This isn’t a “manage the ad accounts” role. You’ll set the strategy for how Warp shows up across the web - from paid search and YouTube to SEO. You’ll decide where we invest, what we test, and how we scale. And you’ll do it in a market where the playbook is still being written.
