What’s the role? We're looking for a data-driven Growth Performance Analyst to own and scale our online sales channel. This role reports directly to our Chief Growth Officer and will drive every aspect of our online sales strategy for the U.S. and Latin America including campaign execution, optimization, and turning analysis into measurable revenue growth. As our Growth Performance Analyst, you'll be the architect of our digital acquisition engine, responsible for digging into the data to devise the most effective means of driving customer growth across digital channels.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, R/Python, Tableau/Looker/Power Bi or other data/visualization tools.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing; Experience with media buying (Meta, Google, TikTok) is a plus, though we’re open to applicants who are ready to learn the space.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for process improvement and growth-driven experimentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SEO, AEO, ASO, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Early experience applying AI tools in marketing
  • Startup or fintech background.
  • Customer-first mindset with a knack for understanding audiences and tailoring growth strategies accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-impact growth levers through deep-dive analysis of campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion funnels; Continuously test and iterate to improve ROI.
  • Design and execute A/B tests across channels, creatives, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
  • Analyze channel effectiveness in order to inform budget allocation.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Build playbooks, processes, and reporting frameworks that can scale as we grow.
  • Drive customer acquisition through an integrated approach spanning paid media, SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and App Store Optimization (ASO)
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house creative team to align messaging, visuals, and campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
