About The Position

The Growth Operations Manager will drive operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, BDR, and Customer Success teams, ensuring seamless execution of revenue-generating initiatives. This role focuses on aligning GTM processes, capturing requirements, documenting workflows, and translating data into actionable insights that enable scalable growth. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between teams, systems, and data, improving efficiency while maintaining clarity and alignment across complex cross-functional initiatives. You will manage campaigns, lead operational projects, and partner closely with analytics and systems teams to optimize processes and enable business decision-making. This position is highly collaborative, strategic, and impact-driven, offering the opportunity to directly influence revenue outcomes and organizational growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or GTM Ops roles within high-growth tech organizations
  • Deep understanding of Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Marketing Ops, including pipeline management, campaign operations, renewals, and customer lifecycle management
  • Strong project management and process documentation skills with the ability to translate data and system outputs into actionable operational initiatives
  • Exceptional communication skills to bridge Marketing, Sales, and CS perspectives, ensuring cross-functional alignment
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-focused with a bias toward measurable revenue outcomes
  • Experience identifying process inefficiencies, implementing scalable solutions, and leveraging automation or systems improvements to support operational growth

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, BDR, and Customer Success teams to document, optimize, and scale GTM processes across pipeline creation, lead conversion, renewals, and expansion
  • Capture and prioritize business requirements, translating them into structured operational workflows and scalable solutions
  • Support operational execution of Marketing-to-Sales handoffs, lead routing, campaign tracking, and performance measurement
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects, ensuring alignment, tracking, and continuous improvement across growth strategies
  • Act as the operational connector across GTM teams, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and friction points, and implementing solutions to drive measurable revenue growth
  • Collaborate with GTM Systems Ops and Analytics to maintain data integrity, dashboards, and reporting that inform strategic decision-making
