About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist. This is a business-critical role within the Revenue Marketing organization that significantly impacts revenue growth. Unlike traditional marketers, Growth Marketers focus on measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven decisions. The role combines deep marketing expertise with strong analytical and technical skills to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth. Daily tasks consist of data analysis, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration, aiming to optimize results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 yearsâ experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and growth marketing.
Understanding of integrated campaign architecture and the customer decision journey.
Proficient in analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools for campaign performance insights.
Technical skills in data manipulation and visualization using Excel or Google Sheets.
Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and VWO.
Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques.
Self-motivated marketer with strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in SMB, payments, or point of sale is preferred.
