About The Position

Agency 15 is expanding and looking for a digital-native Growth Marketing Specialist. This role isn’t just execution, you'll be a genuine thought partner, helping shape campaign strategy while owning paid media and reporting across our client portfolio. If you've built campaigns from scratch, know what good digital campaigns look and feel like across channels, and can hone in on solutions: you'll fit right in.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a digital marketing generalist role.
  • Hands-on paid media experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. You've built and managed campaigns, not just reported on them.
  • A holistic digital thinker. You understand how channels work together and can zoom out from tactics to strategy.
  • Comfortable with the technical side. Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion tracking, and basic troubleshooting don't scare you.
  • Strong communicator. You can give clear, actionable feedback on creative and campaign direction.
  • Agency background preferred. You know how to juggle multiple clients and shifting priorities.
  • E-commerce or lead gen experience is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or Mailchimp is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
  • Programmatic experience is nice to have but not required

  • You've taught yourself a new platform or skill because a campaign needed it, not because someone told you to.
  • You can look at an underperforming ad or campaign and immediately have a theory about why.
  • You're equally comfortable in a strategy conversation and in Ads Manager.
  • You like working independently but value having a sharp person to think out loud with.
  • You've worked in an environment where you had to move fast and figure things out.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid media execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other social platforms, from setup to optimization to reporting.
  • Work closely with the Digital Strategy Director to shape campaign strategy, identify opportunities, and pressure-test ideas.
  • Advise on and review creative assets and clearly communicate changes and best practices to the larger team.
  • Monitor conversion tracking, tag management (GTM), and analytics to ensure campaigns are measuring what matters.
  • Help identify when digital is the right channel and when it's not. We value that kind of honest thinking.
  • Support omnichannel digital campaigns including email marketing and emerging platforms.
  • Stay close to performance data and proactively flag issues or wins to keep clients informed and our team aligned.
