About The Position

In this role, you will take charge of executing and optimizing marketing initiatives that drive acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and marketing to develop campaigns that deliver measurable results. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in growth marketing, particularly in tech/SaaS or B2B/B2C.
  • Proven success in driving user and revenue growth through multi-channel tactics.
  • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve marketing performance.
  • Collaborative mindset, thriving in fast-paced environments with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to meet growth goals.
  • Manage and execute webinars and virtual events focusing on engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and distribute content to drive audience engagement and conversion.
  • Organize and maintain marketing assets for consistent use across campaigns.
  • Enhance visibility and lead generation through SEO, SEM, and web strategies.
  • Strategize and optimize paid media efforts aligned with budget and objectives.
  • Leverage organic and paid social strategies to amplify campaign reach.
  • Utilize analytics platforms to improve campaign performance.
  • Design and conduct A/B tests to enhance messaging and conversion rates.
  • Analyze marketing performance data for insights to inform strategy.
