The Marketing Specialist / Demand Generation Marketer will support the Financial Solutions team by owning demand generation campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization. This role is responsible for developing a deep understanding of BELAY’s Financial Solutions services and translating business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across channels, with accountability for campaign performance, lead quality, and contribution to revenue goals. This individual will continuously analyze results and optimize programs to improve effectiveness and scalability. The Marketing Specialist / Demand Generation Marketer will partner cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging, strong market positioning, and effective execution that drives qualified demand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience as a marketing specialist, demand generation marketer, or similar role.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate multiple service offerings.
  • Strong understanding of campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Comfortable owning initiatives from idea to execution, through reporting and optimization recommendations stages.
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with a test-and-learn approach.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

  • Experience marketing to small business leaders, entrepreneurs and financial professionals or B2B service-based offerings.
  • Experience supporting and growing organic social media for a B2B brand.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and revenue-focused KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and deeply understand BELAY’s Financial Solutions offerings and target audiences.
  • Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns from concept through launch and reporting.
  • Own campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution across multiple channels.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and iterate on campaigns to improve performance and results.
  • Make recommendations on new strategies, channels, and campaign ideas based on performance data and market trends.
  • Execute demand generation initiatives across email, paid media, social media, webinars, content, partnerships, and events.
  • Support lead generation efforts aligned to revenue goals and pipeline needs.
  • Assist with leading the organic social media strategy and execution for BELAY Financial, as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to bring new offers, campaigns, and initiatives to market.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
  • Use data insights to inform recommendations, optimizations, and future campaign planning.
  • Maintain clean, accurate data and campaign tracking within marketing systems.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, and Financial Solutions leadership to align marketing efforts with sales priorities, ensuring we fill any sales enablement gaps.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
  • Manage workflows and timelines using Asana to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Build, execute, and manage campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Review Salesforce (SFDC) for lead, opportunity and win data .
  • Use Asana to manage projects, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
