Our Newest Opportunity: Growth Marketing Senior Specialist OneDigital is growing, and we are looking for a Growth Marketing Senior Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in a fast-paced, integrated marketing environment and have a strong foundation across digital marketing, content development, campaign execution, event support, and results-driven strategy. This role will play a key part in supporting growth initiatives across the South Region, working closely with regional leadership, producers, and the national marketing team to help develop and deliver strategies and assets that support OneDigital’s insurance, HR, and financial services solutions. The Senior Growth Marketing Specialist will take ownership of a wide range of marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, content development, thought leadership support, event strategy and activation, producer enablement, website and collateral updates, and marketing automation activities. This role requires strategic thinking, strong execution, collaboration, and an analytical mindset to help drive business growth and elevate the prospect and client experience. This position reports to the Director of Growth Marketing and will also serve as a resource and informal mentor to junior team members. A strong baseline understanding of OneDigital’s lines of business and regional growth priorities is important to success in this role. Location and Travel This role is ideally based in Florida or another state in the South Region (Texas, Georgia, the Carolinas, or Tennessee). The candidate should be comfortable supporting the South Region and willing to travel up to 30% throughout the year for regional events, market meetings, and in-person planning sessions.
