Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Marketing, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
  • Experience must include 2 years of experience in the following:
  • Email, display advertising, onsite merchandising, content marketing, and digital video campaign management
  • A/B testing and lift measurement for campaign performance evaluation
  • Cross-functional campaign execution with engineering, data science, sales, product, and creative teams
  • Digital advertising platforms and campaign management tools
  • SQL for querying and analyzing marketing and customer datasets
  • Customer lifecycle management processes and systems

Responsibilities

  • Drive go-to-market by planning, executing and scaling growth marketing campaigns to help connect Meta’s advertisers with Sales and other similar offers, to facilitate adopting advertising best practices.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across operations, creative, and analytics teams to ensure on time and accurate launches.
  • Working with quantitative and qualitative data teams to deeply understand the audience and use cases to inform the strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement.
  • Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, deliverables and goals.
  • Owning quarterly goals across relevant KPIs and drive expected QoQ growth.
