Growth Marketing Manager
About The Position
Console builds AI agents that automate IT support directly in Slack, handling everything from password resets to onboarding so teams can focus on their core tasks. We’re backed by Thrive Capital (investors in OpenAI, Stripe, GitHub), SV Angel, Jack Altman and other Tier 1 startup founders. Customers like Webflow, Ramp, and Cursor already use Console to automate up to 70% of IT requests. We’re at an inflection point – strong product-market fit, massive market, and an opportunity to define the next generation of internal automation. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale Console’s full-funnel growth engine. You’ll own strategy, execution, and optimization across awareness, acquisition, activation, and pipeline acceleration, turning experiments into repeatable, predictable growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-velocity environments, is comfortable operating from 0→1, and wants meaningful ownership in shaping how Console grows. You’ll work directly with the Head of Growth and collaborate closely with the founders, sales, and product.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or performance marketing (early-stage or high-growth strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to design and ship full-funnel campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical rigor: comfortable pulling data, interpreting funnel performance, and making fast decisions.
- Creative problem-solver who can generate test ideas and turn successful experiments into scalable playbooks.
- High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by impact over process.
- Experience with attribution, funnel instrumentation, and experimentation frameworks (GA4, GTM, SQL a plus).
Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel growth: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across awareness, demand gen, and pipeline acceleration.
- Run rapid experimentation: Develop and own a structured testing engine – new channels, messaging, creative, landing pages, funnel improvements.
- Drive measurable pipeline: Build high-quality leads and opportunities across paid and non-paid channels, optimizing for CAC, conversion, and velocity.
- Analyze and report impact: Surface insights, build hypotheses, and make data-backed recommendations to guide strategy.
