About The Position

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will scale a global connectivity platform by driving product adoption and revenue through data-driven GTM strategies. You will collaborate with internal teams and enterprise customers to launch co-branded campaigns, optimize activation and retention metrics, and build a scalable partner marketing engine for both businesses and consumers.

Requirements

  • Has 6–8 years of experience in growth or product marketing within a fast-paced consumer tech or fintech environment.
  • Possesses sharp analytical instincts and a track record of partnering with Product and Data teams to define and hit success metrics.
  • Thrives in high-ownership, low-structure environments and is comfortable making strategic decisions with imperfect information.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary lead for co-creating revenue-driving campaigns and content with enterprise partners to reach their end consumers.
  • Develop and operationalize measurement frameworks to track acquisition, activation, and retention across the US market.
  • Evolve initial product launches into always-on marketing programs that maintain growth momentum well beyond the first day.
