About The Position

Tax Relief Helpers is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager (Lead Generation Specialist) to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all inbound client acquisition channels. This is a high-impact role responsible for generating qualified inbound leads and driving measurable revenue growth for the organization. The ideal candidate is a data-driven performance marketer with a proven track record of scaling lead generation through paid acquisition, SEO, conversion optimization, and full-funnel growth strategies. You will work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and operations teams to develop scalable marketing systems that increase qualified lead volume while maintaining strong cost-per-acquisition efficiency. This is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments where performance, experimentation, and measurable results drive decision making. Success in this role will be measured by data-backed improvements in the following: Qualified lead volume Cost per qualified lead Cost per client acquisition Lead-to-client conversion rate Overall return on marketing investment

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and/or performance marketing roles
  • Proven track record generating qualified inbound leads.
  • Extensive experience managing paid digital acquisition channels (particularly Google Ads)
  • Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization
  • Experience using marketing analytics tools and attribution platforms
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and lead qualification processes
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on generating high-quality inbound leads.
  • Identify and scale the most effective channels for client acquisition.
  • Build predictable and scalable lead pipelines that support company revenue goals.
  • Paid Acquisition Management Own and optimize paid acquisition channels including: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn where applicable) Direct-mail, Radio, & TV Advertising (including CTV) Retargeting campaigns Native advertising platforms Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • SEO & Organic Growth Lead SEO strategy targeting high-intent tax resolution search terms.
  • Oversee development of content and landing pages designed to capture inbound search demand.
  • Improve organic rankings and website traffic for tax relief related keywords.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization Optimize landing pages, lead forms, and funnels to improve conversion performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing across landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging.
  • Implement strategies to increase lead quality and lead-to-client conversion rates.
  • Marketing Analytics & Performance Reporting Establish clear KPIs and performance dashboards to track: Lead volume Cost per lead Cost per acquisition Conversion rates Return on ad spend (ROAS) Use data insights to inform strategy and improve marketing performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with the Origination department and the Resolution department to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and client needs.
  • Improve lead qualification and handoff processes between marketing and sales.
  • Continuously refine targeting strategies based on sales feedback and client outcomes.
  • Marketing Technology & Automation Manage marketing technology stack including CRM integrations, analytics tools, and attribution tracking platforms.
  • Implement systems that improve marketing efficiency and lead tracking accuracy.
