About The Position

This role offers a high-impact opportunity to drive growth and revenue for a fast-growing B2B SaaS organization. The Growth & Marketing Lead will own and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, demand generation strategies, and performance initiatives that directly influence customer acquisition and retention. You will work hands-on with digital marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, events, product marketing, and sales enablement, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership, you will optimize marketing operations, leverage data and analytics to refine strategies, and build scalable processes for long-term growth. This role is ideal for a results-driven, analytical, and entrepreneurial marketer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys leading both strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, or Demand Generation, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of launching and managing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid acquisition, conversion optimization, and demand generation
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
  • Highly analytical, comfortable using KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion metrics to inform strategy
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to execute end-to-end marketing initiatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Fluency in English required

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute digital marketing strategies, including paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms
  • Optimize website performance, SEO, and conversion funnels to improve lead quality and acquisition efficiency
  • Develop and implement demand generation programs, including ABM, email campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows
  • Plan, manage, and execute online and offline events to drive engagement, pipeline, and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to produce marketing collaterals, case studies, and go-to-market strategies
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates to drive data-driven decisions
  • Test, iterate, and scale marketing initiatives while identifying new channels and growth opportunities
