As a Growth Marketing Manager for Paid Social & Full-Funnel, you will play a critical role in managing Airbnb's relationship with our guests and expanding our Experiences and Services offerings. Your responsibilities include helping develop the strategy, execution, and optimization roadmap to ultimately drive booking growth and full-funnel engagement for Airbnb. The difference you will make: You will be responsible for end-to-end execution, from strategy alignment and capturing business requirements to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of performance against aggressive KPIs. Sitting within Airbnb’s Growth Marketing organization, you will be the driving force behind our paid social and full-funnel acquisition goals globally. Your primary focus will be on growing Airbnb’s Experiences and Services through scalable, data-driven efficiency levers. You will act as a highly technical and analytical linchpin, leveraging advanced programmatic, paid social, and mobile channels. Success in this role means being at the absolute forefront of AI and advertising technologies, maximizing the value of our digital media investments, and masterfully influencing cross-functional stakeholders to drive impact for the global Airbnb brand. A typical day: Drive Full-Funnel Strategy: Develop and execute a world-class global paid social and digital strategy, bridging upper-funnel brand engagement with lower-funnel performance to exceed growth goals for Airbnb Experiences and Services. Leverage Cutting-Edge Tech & AI: Stay at the forefront of AI and ad technologies. Continuously evaluate, test, and integrate new AI-driven tools, bidding algorithms, and ad best practices to maximize campaign efficiency and scale. Execute Data-Driven Campaigns: Flawlessly execute highly technical, growth-focused campaigns, managing complex audience segmentation, dynamic creative testing, and sophisticated budget/bidding strategies. Influence & Align Stakeholders: Act as a strategic partner and deeply influence key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Brand, and Creative to set and exceed aggressive growth targets. Optimize & Experiment: Maintain a rigorously analytical approach through continual optimization; utilize a strong background in experiment design (A/B and multivariate testing) and evaluation to exceed company goals. Collaborate on MarTech Innovation: Partner with technical and engineering teams to develop innovative features that optimize global media planning, including integrating with product teams to enhance merchandising capabilities. Own the channel end-to-end, managing tracking, measurement, attribution, optimization, and automation across both web and apps. Champion Creative Excellence: Lead end-to-end creative brief development and execution, collaborating closely with program management to ensure high-quality, high-performing creative assets.
