About The Position

The Growth Marketing Director owns pipeline growth through hands-on execution, experimentation, and optimization across paid media, ABM, content-led demand, webinars and emerging AI-driven advertising channels. This role is responsible for building and operating a modern growth engine in close partnership with Sales, Communications, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Operating as a highly autonomous, team-of-one function, the Director drives strategy while remaining deeply embedded in day-to-day execution, measurement, and iteration. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director, Marketing Strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B growth or performance marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
  • Must have hands-on experience with 6sense, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, and email marketing platforms
  • Proven ability to drive full-cycle pipeline and revenue outcomes through hands-on execution
  • Deep experience in paid media, understanding content strategy, ABM strategy, webinars, partner-led growth, and experimentation frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring influence across campaigns, ABM, and full-funnel programs
  • Demonstrated early adoption and application of AI-driven marketing and advertising tools
  • Comfortable operating as a team of one with high autonomy and accountability
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator across marketing, sales, and product functions

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end growth marketing strategy, aligning programs with pipeline and revenue goals
  • Act as both strategist and primary executor, launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns across channels
  • Build and scale paid acquisition across LinkedIn, search, and emerging advertising platforms
  • Lead account-based marketing (ABM) strategy using tools like 6sense, targeting high-value accounts and orchestrating cross-channel campaigns
  • Execute webinars as a core growth lever, including audience targeting, promotion, and optimization tied to pipeline influence
  • Manage and optimize membership programs to drive engagement, retention, and pipeline contribution
  • Execute and scale third-party partnerships to expand reach, credibility, and demand influence
  • Collaborate closely with Content, Product Marketing, Analytics, Strategy, and Sales teams to inform campaigns, experiments, and insights
  • Design and run rapid experimentation frameworks across channels, messaging, creative, and offers
  • Measure the full customer journey, including engagement, pipeline influence, ABM impact, and revenue attribution
  • Continuously optimize budget, channels, and programs based on performance, ROI, and influence metrics
  • Provide feedback loops from campaigns, partnerships, and experiments to inform messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
  • Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct
