The Growth Marketing Director owns pipeline growth through hands-on execution, experimentation, and optimization across paid media, ABM, content-led demand, webinars and emerging AI-driven advertising channels. This role is responsible for building and operating a modern growth engine in close partnership with Sales, Communications, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Operating as a highly autonomous, team-of-one function, the Director drives strategy while remaining deeply embedded in day-to-day execution, measurement, and iteration. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director, Marketing Strategy.
