About The Position

We’re seeking a highly strategic Growth leader to design and execute scalable, multi-channel member activation strategies across our B2B clients. In this critical cross-functional role, you will partner with Sales, Client Success, RevOps, PMM, Marketing, and Data to build personalized growth plans, create repeatable playbooks, orchestrate seamless campaign execution, and continuously optimize performance. You’ll serve as the “mission control” for member growth—turning insights, storytelling, and innovative marketing into measurable results that drive sustainable member activation at scale.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years driving B2B2C activation, lifecycle growth, or employee/member adoption—ideally in employer benefits, digital health, or high-growth SaaS.
  • Proven ability to own end-to-end activation strategies, including segmentation, messaging, incentives, channels, and rollout planning.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream programs with cross-functional partners across Sales, CS, RevOps, PMM, Lifecycle, Implementation, and Data.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in funnels, cohorts, experimentation, and performance optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling ability; can translate Function’s brand and mission into compelling employer- and employee-facing narratives.
  • Experience building scalable playbooks, toolkits, and repeatable activation processes for diverse client types.
  • High ownership, proactive problem-solving, and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to guide internal teams and employer partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in employer benefits, HR/benefits communication, or healthcare navigation.
  • Familiarity with incentive design, behavior-change levers, or employee engagement programs.
  • Experience creating enablement materials for HR/benefits teams.
  • Prior leadership experience or readiness to build and scale a team over time.
  • Familiarity with B2B2C subscription platforms with strong lifecycle + activation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & Own Scalable Growth Strategies
  • Lead end-to-end, multi-channel member activation strategies that drive enrollment and utilization across employer clients.
  • Build repeatable, scalable playbooks grounded in data, experimentation, and best practices.
  • Bring Function’s brand, storytelling, and marketing “DNA” into employer channels across B2B2C touchpoints.
  • Customize & Execute Client-Specific Growth Plans
  • Partner with Sales, Client Success, PMM, and Lifecycle Marketing to create tailored rollout plans aligned with client needs and membership targets.
  • Deploy all major activation levers such as incentives, pricing optimization, friction reduction, segmentation, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Coordinate asset creation and campaign execution with Marketing, Implementation, and external client teams.
  • Act as “Mission Control” for Activation
  • Serve as the central orchestrator ensuring flawless cross-functional execution, timeline alignment, and accountability.
  • Enable CSMs and client HR/benefits teams with toolkits, training, messaging, comms calendars, and launch frameworks.
  • Build structured operating rhythms: RACIs, launch timelines, post-mortems, dashboards.
  • Measure, Experiment & Optimize
  • Build and maintain the activation funnel, reporting cadence, and cohort analysis with RevOps and Data.
  • Run systematic experiments across messaging, subject lines, incentives, channel mix, and timing.
  • Identify drivers of performance and continuously refine strategies to improve signup rate, conversion, utilization, and time-to-activation.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Partner across Sales, Client Success, Marketing, RevOps, PMM, and Product to align goals, messaging, and execution.
  • Ensure employers receive a consistent, high-quality activation experience powered by repeatable best practices.
  • As growth scales, contribute to roadmap and future team build-out.
