We’re seeking a highly strategic Growth leader to design and execute scalable, multi-channel member activation strategies across our B2B clients. In this critical cross-functional role, you will partner with Sales, Client Success, RevOps, PMM, Marketing, and Data to build personalized growth plans, create repeatable playbooks, orchestrate seamless campaign execution, and continuously optimize performance. You’ll serve as the “mission control” for member growth—turning insights, storytelling, and innovative marketing into measurable results that drive sustainable member activation at scale.
