About The Position

This is a hands-on, get-your-hands-dirty kind of role, perfect for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to B2B SaaS marketing in the tech industry. You will work directly with the Head of Growth and Marketing Manager on demand generation campaigns, lead qualification, business development support, and partner program coordination. If you are curious, organized, and ready to learn how pipeline actually gets built, this is the role for you.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn B2B SaaS marketing, CRM tools, and demand generation fundamentals
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, startup-paced environment with a small, remote team

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn, or similar tools is a plus but not required
  • Interest in the industrial technology, ERP software, or Microsoft partner ecosystem is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and digital channels
  • Help build, test, and optimize HubSpot email sequences and workflows
  • Assist with content coordination including blog posts, social captions, and event materials
  • Qualify inbound leads and coordinate handoffs to the sales team
  • Research target accounts and contacts to support outbound prospecting efforts
  • Maintain lead data hygiene and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM
  • Help coordinate partner communications, co-marketing materials, and enablement resources
  • Assist with tracking partner activity and pipeline contribution
  • Support logistics for partner-facing events and webinars
