About The Position

The Growth Coordinator is a key member of the North America Growth team. The Growth Coordinator provides efficient and effective administrative, marketing and new business support to the day-to-day operations of the team. This individual will be essential to the continued success of our Marketing & Growth team and dentsu.

Requirements

• A degree in advertising, marketing or business
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage several projects concurrently and prioritize
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the line managers and the rest of the team with tasks associated with new business activities including pitching:
• Support pitch leads in the operations of pitches, including tracking timings and deadlines to ensure a seamless pitch process
• Assist in client meeting logistics (in person/studio and virtually)
• Assists with presentation support
• Conduct background research on prospective clients
• Support on RFI/RFPs as needed
• Provide support to the team managing strategic growth initiatives including external partnerships such as Brand Innovators and thought leadership and prospecting efforts.
• Maintains the team’s file storage on Google Drive.
• Handle the scheduling of meetings with other members of the team and partners as needed.
