As a Growth Manager at Emergn, you will be pivotal in shaping the company's future and driving its expansion. This role involves defining and owning the demand-generation strategy, establishing joint pipeline ownership with the sales team, and refining Emergn's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across key verticals. You will be responsible for building Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, developing the Go-To-Market (GTM) narrative for Praxis and Stella, and creating strategic partnerships and event strategies. Additionally, you will manage the entire lead lifecycle, nurture existing client relationships, and optimize the marketing technology stack, collaborating with content, design, and video teams to produce demand-generating assets for various international markets.
