The Role: Growth Manager at Schneiders Saddlery 75-year equestrian brand. $12B market. Full-stack growth ownership. $132K-182K total comp. You MUST Be: An equestrian -- active rider, former rider, horse owner, or deep enthusiast. Someone who knows why a 200g blanket matters in November but not in January. Someone who understands our community because you ARE our community. AND An AI builder -- not someone who "uses ChatGPT." Someone who has BUILT automations, apps, agents, or AI-powered tools. Vibe coding is your daily practice. You've deployed systems, not just typed prompts. AND A growth marketer -- 5-7 years DTC e-commerce. Paid channels. Shopify. CRO. Analytics. The full stack. Responsibilities
- Paid acquisition (Google, Meta, TikTok, influencer)
- Shopify optimization (UX, CRO, A/B testing)
- SEO strategy and Amazon execution
- Analytics and attribution (GA4, SQL)
