The Growth Manager, eCommerce is a blended strategic advisor + hands‑on performance marketer who owns both the client relationship and the execution of paid media programs across DTC/eCommerce channels. Acting as a senior marketing lead or fractional CMO and primary point‑of‑contact for KlientBoost clients, the role is accountable for driving net‑revenue retention (NRR), same‑store growth (SSG), client goal achievement, high client NPS, and world‑class client experience for a focused book of 8‑12 brands. This role is pivotal in fostering strong client relationships, ensuring the achievement of mutually agreed-upon goals, and guiding clients through various stages of marketing maturity. You will serve as the central hub for client success, blending strategic marketing expertise with exceptional relationship management.
