About The Position

We’re hiring a Growth Lead to work directly with our go-to-market and executive team to architect, activate, and scale Clarity’s go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of brand, demand, and revenue. You’ll translate our positioning, content, and narratives into real-world traction, while also engineering and testing new ways to create demand, build pipeline, and grow the business. Think of this as: part strategist, part operator, part experimenter. You’ll work across all departments, all channels, and all products, with clear accountability to driving demand, pipeline, and revenue. This role reports directly to the COO and acts as a core growth partner helping shape how Clarity goes to market today and how that engine scales tomorrow. This role is ideal for someone seeking growth and impact: real ownership, executive exposure, and the chance to build something that materially impacts the company’s trajectory.

Requirements

  • A builder’s mindset. You like designing systems, testing ideas, and improving how things work
  • Entrepreneurial, curious, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Energized by experimentation and learning, not rigid playbooks
  • 3-7 years experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Able to move fast without breaking trust — you build credibility, alignment, and momentum at the same time
  • Strong collaborator who builds and maintains trust across teams and with executive leadership
  • Comfortable balancing autonomy with partnership owning outcomes while pulling others in effectively
  • Excited by accountability to real business results (demand, pipeline, revenue)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in early-stage startups, growth roles, go-to-market teams, consulting, operations, or entrepreneurial work is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive demand generation with explicit accountability to pipeline creation and revenue impact
  • Activate what brand marketing creates — positioning, content, campaigns, and storytelling — and turn it into programs that generate real demand
  • Engineer and experiment with new go-to-market motions across channels, including (but not limited to): Campaigns and content activation
  • Events, partnerships, and community
  • Outbound and hybrid motions
  • Creative, non-obvious growth experiments
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Client Success to:
  • Build new business pipeline
  • Unlock expansion and upsell opportunities with existing partners
  • Support demand creation for future product launches
  • Act as connective tissue across teams, ensuring growth efforts are aligned, prioritized, and moving quickly
  • Measure what matters, learn fast, and iterate, doubling down on what drives demand and cutting what doesn’t
  • Operate with a strong ownership mentality: see a growth opportunity, take responsibility, and push it forward
