We’re hiring a Growth Lead to work directly with our go-to-market and executive team to architect, activate, and scale Clarity’s go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of brand, demand, and revenue. You’ll translate our positioning, content, and narratives into real-world traction, while also engineering and testing new ways to create demand, build pipeline, and grow the business. Think of this as: part strategist, part operator, part experimenter. You’ll work across all departments, all channels, and all products, with clear accountability to driving demand, pipeline, and revenue. This role reports directly to the COO and acts as a core growth partner helping shape how Clarity goes to market today and how that engine scales tomorrow.
