We're tokenizing the $360B domain industry and building DomainFi infrastructure that bridges Web2's internet backbone with Web3 ecosystems. This role requires a growth architect who has demonstrably scaled onchain activity for tier-1 DeFi or infrastructure protocols—someone who understands that real growth comes from product-market fit, genuine utility, and sticky user behavior, not mercenary capital chasing points. You'll be responsible for driving measurable onchain metrics: daily active addresses, transaction volume, TVL growth, and retention cohorts that actually matter.
