What you'll do: You’ll drive sales from lead generation to close, partnering closely with our government customers to accomplish their goals. Identify leads, travel to conferences and industry days, shape opportunities, and successfully win contracts. And from there, do everything you can to ensure our customers are successful in accomplishing their goals with Pryzm. Own the RFx engine end-to-end (RFI/RFP/RFQ): lead pursuit kickoff, build compliant outlines & schedules, run color-team reviews, coordinate inputs across Sales, SEs, Product, Legal, and Execs, and deliver on-time, high-quality submissions. Partner with Mission Operations to shape winning solutions: scope use cases, craft demo narratives, tailor prototypes, and answer technical/requirements matrices; lead the technical/commercial side of the sales cycle as needed. Drive capture planning for target opportunities—stakeholder mapping, competitor analysis, teaming strategy, call plans, and pre-RFP shaping—to improve Pwin and pipeline quality.
