About The Position

The Growth Digital Transformation Manager for Royal Canin is responsible for orchestrating cross-channel data strategies to enhance data collection, personalization, targeting, and measurement across the consumer journey. This 13-month assignment focuses on aligning regional strategies with Growth, Digital, and Platforms (GDP) initiatives while ensuring a seamless end-to-end (E2E) consumer experience across all digital touchpoints. Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy, optimizes consumer engagement and enhances the effectiveness of digital activation efforts, aligning with global initiatives for maximum impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required - Business Management or Marketing.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in CPG and/or agency environments.
  • Demonstrates expertise in digital and data tools, with a strong proficiency in leveraging and navigating digital technologies to drive results.
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaign methodologies and data strategies leveraging Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) preferred.
  • Proficiency in web content management systems, web analytics, tracking methodologies.
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate a vision and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results.
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable.
  • Strong team player, willing to support when needed and lead when appropriate.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Consumer Experience Oversight: Oversee and optimize consumer journey connectivity, identifying friction points, and ensuring seamless experiences across CRM, media, .COM, affiliate, D2C, and Customer Care touchpoints.
  • E2E Data Strategy Execution: Collaborate with agencies and digital channel owners to align and execute data connectivity and acquisition tactics within CRM, digital, and engagement initiatives, ensuring an end-to-end (E2E) strategy is in place.
  • Regional Champion for Global Initiatives: Serve as the North American representative in global discussions, aligning regional strategies with global Growth, Digital, and Platforms (GDP) goals including through key project to launch global GDP platforms and journeys in the Canadian market and enhancements to web tools in the US.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Contribute to the development of 1st-party data reporting frameworks, ensuring insights support engagement, performance optimization, and strategic decision-making in collaboration with key stakeholders.
