What's in Store We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Development Leader to drive revenue expansion across target markets, industries, and service lines. This role will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and pursuing high-value client relationships to support company growth objectives. As the Growth Development Leader, you will collaborate with the Chief Client Officer (CCO) to develop and enhance the organization’s RFP strategy and processes, including training Business Development Directors and RFP team members on best practices to ensure delivery of high-quality, competitive proposals. In addition, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, and client service teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, convert pipeline opportunities into revenue, and launch initiatives that expand the firm’s presence. Success in this role requires strong market analysis, pipeline development, and performance tracking to ensure continued growth and competitive positioning.
