Work directly with the CEO on the highest impact initiatives. This role combines consulting-level strategy with startup execution, tackling whatever it takes to drive Neon’s growth. Requirements

  • Consulting-caliber intensity : Exceptionally smart, driven, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Analytical strategist : Exceptional problem solver with consulting-level rigor.
  • Operator mentality : Can alternate between strategy, execution, and iteration at speed.
  • Builder mindset : Excited to design systems, processes, and playbooks from scratch.
  • Trusted partner : Works hand-in-hand with the CEO and leadership team to steer the company.
  • Background in top 3 consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) and an Ivy League MBA .
  • Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from zero-to-one and scale growth.
  • Experience working closely with founders/CEOs or in early-stage, high-growth environments.
  • Strong mix of strategic thinking, analytical horsepower, and execution drive .
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Work as the right hand to the CEO to drive growth across the company.
  • Design and execute growth initiatives : From market strategy to hands-on campaigns.
  • Partner with leadership : Translate vision into operating plans, OKRs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Crack complex problems : Break down ambiguous challenges into structured projects and drive them to completion.
  • Own cross-functional projects : Coordinate product, GTM, and operations to unlock growth.
  • Identify leverage : Ruthlessly prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.
