As our Growth and Integration Manager, you will work directly with senior leadership on high-impact projects that influence the direction of the business. You will play a key role in evaluating opportunities, managing transactions, and ensuring newly acquired businesses are successfully integrated into AKS. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in private equity, consulting, investment banking, accounting, corporate development, or M&A integration.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, including modeling, valuation, and business case development.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to professional standards.
  • A practical, value-oriented mindset with strong business judgment.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA or other relevant professional credential.
  • Experience leading post-acquisition integrations or cross-functional transformation projects.
  • Exposure to diligence areas such as operational, HR, IT, legal, market analysis, or customer/supplier review.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise.
  • Experience working in professional services, engineering, construction, or infrastructure-related industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integration planning efforts across Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, and other functional areas for acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Partner with internal functional leaders to execute integration plans, track milestones, and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions activities including valuations, letters of intent, due diligence, financial planning, and business case development.
  • Analyze acquisition risks, opportunities, and deal structures to provide fact-based recommendations to leadership.
  • Research market trends, target sectors, and growth opportunities to help inform strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders including advisors, legal counsel, and leadership teams on active transactions and special projects.
