Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with our valued customers, driving adoption of BILL’s products, and ensuring clients achieve their business goals. BILL is a trusted partner of leading U.S. financial institutions, accounting firms, and accounting software providers. We have operations in San Jose, CA, and Draper, UT. Requirements

  • 2+ years in a quota carrying position
  • Ability to listen, earn trust and consult with clients
  • High level of initiative, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Basic understanding of financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement)
  • Basic understanding of accounting systems (QuickBooks, Netsuite, etc.)
  • A hate of expense reports!
  • Finance/Accounting Experience
  • SaaS experience

Responsibilities

  • Retain and expand the revenue of BILL’s largest accounts.
  • Maintain exceptional relationships with BILL’s key mid-market and strategic accounts
  • Manage, onboard, and train your book of businesses to get up and running quickly and efficiently.
  • Manage their continual onboarding and training processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Sales teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Work with finance/accounting executives to find applications of BILL’s platform for their business use case and accounting processes.
  • Overcome current and potential roadblocks on product usability.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of BILL’s products and services.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of expense reporting and accounting practices.
  • Use effective time management to maximize results.
  • Document daily activity in Salesforce and Gainsight, manage a pipeline, and perform other tasks to drive sales revenue.
