Our client is looking for a Strategic Growth Account Manager to add to their team in Newton, MA. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will take ownership of 35 strategic accounts representing $10M in annual revenue. You will apply disciplined growth strategies to embed yourself within each client organization, building strong, multi-threaded relationships with Directors, VPs, CTOs, and other key stakeholders. You will be “in the know” when needs arise or when changes occur with each client, allowing you to loop in your technical counterparts (delivery team, architecture team, leadership team) to properly serve the needs of your clients. You will help anticipate client risks, leadership changes, and budget shifts before they impact revenue. You will develop long-term account growth roadmaps, consistently identify expansion opportunities, and drive retention and portfolio growth.
