About The Position

The Group Vice President, Integrated Marketing & Performance Strategy (GVP) is a strategic leader responsible for defining and orchestrating data-driven, audience-first strategies that accelerate business growth across our client's lines of business. Our client is an American financial services company providing banking and insurance products to their members. This leader leads a team of strategists and guides the development of acquisition, onboarding, and member deepening strategies that are personalized, performance-optimized, and grounded in member intelligence. The GVP partners directly with our client's senior marketing, experience and enablement stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, enable coordination, and deliver measurable impact. This role is at the intersection of media, data, creative, and experience-driving holistic strategies that tie insight to action and marketing to business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience leading performance, growth, or lifecycle strategy-with at least 7+ years in financial services, including banking, insurance, fintech organizations.
  • Proven track record of designing and leading acquisition, onboarding, and cross-sell strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of financial services marketing, compliance requirements, and customer behavior across product lines.
  • Strong command of audience segmentation, data activation, and omnichannel personalization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing strategy teams across media, creative, CRM, and experience disciplines.
  • Fluency in performance measurement, KPI frameworks, and test-and-learn methodologies; ability to connect marketing performance to ROI and CLV.
  • Experience integrating and leveraging MarTech and AdTech platforms-including Adobe Experience Cloud, Pega, Optimizely, Live Ramp-to enable scalable, personalized strategies.
  • Exceptional communicator with a track record of influencing and partnering with senior executives and C-suite leaders.
  • A strong balance of analytical thinking and creative intuition, with the ability to translate complexity into clarity and action.
