About The Position

The Dallas Bulls are seeking a motivated and personable Group Ticket Sales Representative to drive group sales and build lasting relationships with businesses, schools, community organizations, and other groups. This role focuses on promoting group ticket packages and enhancing fan engagement through tailored sales solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in ticket sales, sports, or entertainment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal -oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and game days.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with potential group ticket buyers including corporations, schools, and community organizations.
  • Develop and present customized group ticket packages and promotions.
  • Coordinate sales efforts to achieve or exceed group sales targets.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract execution and delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service to group clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and game -day operations teams to ensure smooth group experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in CRM systems.
  • Assist with onsite group sales during games and events as needed.
