About The Position

The Intern – Ticket Sales will provide support for the Ticket Sales department by assisting with various operational duties throughout the office as well as during game days. This position will provide exceptional customer service as well as maximizing ticket sales and ticket revenue opportunities. This Internship is in person at the ballpark beginning in February and will go through the following October. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Requirements

1 or more years of experience in customer service
Ability to organize and analyze data
Ability to communicate effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds
Valid driver’s license and MBBC satisfactory driving record

Responsibilities

Assist sales staff with the setup and execution of special events such as the Amateur Baseball Program, Theme Night Distribution, Concert wrist banding, and Season Seat Member Experiences
Fulfill ticket orders using Pro Venue ticketing platform
Monitor and update group sales inventory database for All-Inclusive Areas and Suites on a regular basis
Facilitate pregame custom tailgates on game days by greeting and escorting early entry vehicles to their custom tailgate spaces and troubleshooting any issues
Act as a customer service representative in group sales All-Inclusive areas on game days ensuring spaces are properly set up as well as obtaining any feedback throughout the game and working with Ticket Sales staff to resolve issues or fulfill requests
Provide other administrative support for the Ticket Sales Department
