AT&T STADIUM AT&T Stadium serves as the home of the Dallas Cowboys and host a variety of events annually including concerts, basketball games, soccer, college and high-school football contests, rodeos, motocross, Spartan Races, and professional wrestling. The stadium can seat around 80,000 people and can be reconfigured to hold around 100,000 seats. THE ROLE Legends Global Sales & Marketing is seeking a driven, self-motivated and passionate leader committed to developing the careers of young sales executives. The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, developing and mentoring a team of 10-14 account reps. The sales program will serve as a feeder system for senior level positions at other Legends Global sales and marketing properties.

Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • College degree required; preferably in business or sports management
  • 3-5 Years of successful high end sales experience in sports is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently/motivate self is a must

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, lead, motivate, develop and retain sales team for future opportunities within the organization.
  • Provide qualified internal candidates for senior level openings
  • Monitor, manage and evaluate sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establish and communicate clear sales and revenue and training goals and provide staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development
  • Meet or exceed established yearly revenue and ticket goals set for new business
  • Identify and research new sales opportunities to include season ticket and group sales target markets
  • Track and report daily and weekly sales figures to Director of Sales
  • Participate in event day ticketing or customer service duties; always representing the organization and brand in a positive manner
  • Attend, contribute and participate in weekly sales leadership meetings
  • Attend local and national job fairs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with top sports management professors
