The Group Risk Specialist provides a comprehensive and diverse range of risk management expertise to support the 1B team. Supports the implementation of risk programs and related management activities to mitigate business-wide risk exposures for the second line of defense. This role is designed to serve as an “off-the-bench” generalist resource for the broader 1B risk and governance team, flexing across priorities to provide on-demand support. The specialist will partner with program and risk leads to support risk assessments, business continuity, governance routines, regulatory change management, issue management activities, and ad hoc risk analyses—helping ensure work is executed consistently, documented appropriately, and delivered on schedule. The role will help augment capacity, provide quality control, and drive timely follow-through across a wide range of risk and control initiatives.
