About The Position

At Morgan & Morgan, we’re constantly challenging people’s idea of what an injury law firm can be. We are in a unique position as the largest injury firm in the world to continuously deliver a delightful and consistent client experience for people facing the greatest challenge of their lives. We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to join our Product team, specifically our Salesforce product team. This is an in-office position 4 days a week in our Brooklyn office.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role
• Must have extensive Salesforce experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced organization
• Flexibility and adaptability to rapid change

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to the legal industry and technology in law firms a plus
• Experience managing a team of direct reports
• Agile experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and roadmap for product efforts across one of our core product areas
• Develop and execute plans to ensure adoption of products and features
• Leading a team and managing their project pipeline
• Delivering products and features efficiently and executing your vision
• Measuring the success of the product clearly and iterating quickly and effectively
