About The Position

Cellebrite is looking for an experienced Group Product Manager to lead the definition and direction for Guardian Investigate. This role is highly strategic and focused on problem discovery, customer needs, prioritization, and outcomes. In this position, you will own the product release cycle from requirement gathering to product release. You will be a part of a team that builds Cellebrite’s Guardian SaaS suite of products, working closely with other PMs, architects, and the R&D teams, and reporting to the VP, Product for Guardian.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of Product Management experience, primarily in B2B SaaS
  • 2–3+ years managing a team of Product Managers
  • Proven experience launching a net-new product (0 → 1) and achieving product-market fit
  • Strong background in owning product direction, not just backlog or execution
  • Experience working on technically complex products
  • Ability to connect customer problems and business outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering-adjacent field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a small team of Product Managers while owning product strategy, including driving this newly formed product to product-market fit.
  • Lead product strategy from initial concept through product-market fit
  • Identify and prioritize customer problems worth solving, based on impact, feasibility, and revenue potential
  • Define clear problem statements and desired outcomes
  • Partner with leadership to assess commercial opportunity and business value of product initiatives
  • Guide your team in: Problem discovery and validation Outcome definition Prioritization frameworks
  • Own and communicate product direction and vision across stakeholders
  • Evaluate how effectively your team identifies, prioritizes, and articulates the right problems to solve
  • Serve as a senior product leader who can confidently lead ambiguity and build from scratch
